DOE Announces Webinars on Best Practices in Energy Data Collection, Tools for Water Use Reduction, and More

The Energy Department will present a live webinar titled “Best Practices in Energy Data Collection and Tracking in the Public Sector” on Thursday, December 18, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Hosted by the Energy Department's Weatherization and Intergovernmental Programs Office, this Technical Assistance Program webinar will cover a step-by-step guide with best practices from state and local governments and school districts across the country demonstrating the value of an energy data tracking effort. Register for the webinar.

The Energy Department will present a live webinar titled “Success Stories and Tools for Water Use Reduction in Your Building Portfolio” on Tuesday, January 6, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Join Better Buildings Challenge partner National Church Residences and Better Plants Partner Cummins to learn how they’ve reduced water use in their manufacturing and multifamily housing portfolios. Environmental Defense Fund will also present their toolkit for reducing cooling tower water usage. Register for the webinar.
